The only two things I could really use that you guys can give me to be able to do a better job are:
1) How do I get in touch with your knowledge on why there is such a big difference between bodybuilders and body fat athletes in the fact that one group of individuals are more likely to have low-calorie diets in the long run and the other group, that is the weight lifters, will have more success in building muscle when training.
