There are many ways to train your body with a weightlifting barbell. The reason is that you can choose a weight you like for training and use it as much or as little as you like. This is a very effective method. I am just going to review one method, the way I use the barbell to train the body. For this method, I choose the barbell for the following reasons: The weight can be used as often as you need. For example, if you just train for 5-10 days a week, then you might want to use it the day before your workout to make sure that you are ready to go. My main goal is to get the heaviest weight I can with the most volume that you can use. The barbell can be used for the upper body, lower body, legs, shoulders, back, arms, etc. I can't emphasize this enough. The barbell must be used with a minimum of resistance, and not the least of all I don't recommend the barbell being used for bodyweight exercises. The barbell is also perfect for upper body only.
For upper body exercises, there are three basic ways to use the barbell.
